The Trust Boundary
Ulver Aquendis, operating under the primary identity of Safe, provides a dual-purpose environment located at 482 Maple Avenue, Los Angeles. These Terms of Service govern your use of our physical facility and our digital management systems. By entering the atelier or gym floor, you acknowledge that performance calibration—whether mechanical or physical—requires strict adherence to safety standards.
Our services are categorized into two primary technical domains: Automotive Performance Calibration and the Resistance Atelier. These terms clarify the limits of our liability, the expectations of conduct, and the requirements for membership. We prioritize preventative calibration over reactive repair; therefore, users are expected to maintain their own readiness for the technical rigors of our environment.

Calibration Terms & Classifications
Performance Atelier
The combined physical premises of Ulver Aquendis in Los Angeles, comprising both the mechanical workshop and the high-intensity fitness training area.
Mechanical Calibration
Precision maintenance of automotive powertrain and suspension systems. This excludes aesthetic body work, paint, or non-functional modifications.
Resistance Member
An individual with an active, non-transferable license to utilize our fitness equipment under our stated safety protocols.

Vehicle Readiness
Ensure all service logs are digitalized and ready for intake audit before mechanical inspection begins.

Members must verify their baseline fitness history during the initial Resistance Atelier orientation.

Strict clinical focus is required. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for distracting behavior in both the shop and gym bays.

Liability Boundary
Ulver Aquendis provides precision maintenance and professional-grade training equipment. We do not provide medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or body/paint automotive services. All users assume inherent risks associated with high-output machinery and high-intensity resistance training. Our liability is limited to the technical accuracy of the calibration performed, as documented in our Ledger Review.
No Miracles Policy
Performance is earned, not purchased. While we provide the calibration and the iron, outcomes depend entirely on the operator's adherence to technical protocols. We make no claims of transformative speed or strength beyond the measurable improvement of mechanical and biomechanical alignment documented during your intake audit.
Access Integrity
